Even if you don't know, you are likely to have some kind of patrolling training before. Indeed, the concept of circuit training is very basic: this is a series of exercises in a specific order. Usually, there is almost no break between exercises until the entire exercise is completed.

The biggest advantage of cycle training is this: during very limited breaks, you will spend more exercise time on physical exercise. So, you need to finish your workout earlier, exercise your muscles and reduce your sweating than the two-hour, five-day, five-day marathon training program.
